A promotional video created for Hello Play, a Belgian online electronic music platform.
The concept was to create a visual landscape that reflects the sonic environment. This concept was achieved by creating instruments that glitch and transform in a surreal manner to the sound they produce.
All sets began with a concept sketch of what the instrument would do.

All effects were tested in animation software and then 3D printed and shot in camera with a Black Magic 4k Camera using stop motion software Dragon.

Once the concept was nailed down, the director used props to decide how the stop motion would be set up. The director is known for his hands on approach to make sure every aspect was on point.

The statue was created by casting 6kg. of white chocolate and then melted with a heat gun.
